Our standard rate is $45 per hour per cleaner, with a 2-cleaner minimum (total $90/hour). We require a 2-hour minimum for all services, making the minimum charge $180. Final cost depends on the size of your space, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of service (Move In/Out, Deep Cleaning, Post-Renovation, etc.), and location within our service area. Most residential cleanings take 2-4 hours, with typical costs ranging from $180-$360.

We have a 2-hour minimum for all services. After the minimum, additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Example: If your cleaning takes 3 hours and 25 minutes, you'll be billed for 3.5 hours (3 hours + 30 minutes rounded up).

Travel fees depend on your location: • Within Calgary city limits: No travel fee • Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks or Strathmore: $50 flat rate

We accept e-transfer (Interac), credit card, and cash. Payment is collected in-person after the service is completed.

No, we do not require deposits. Payment is collected after service completion.

We accept bookings Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance for best availability. However, we do offer same-day service when our schedule allows. Contact us to check availability!

Rescheduling to another day is always welcome if done with advance notice. However, we respectfully ask for the same consideration we show you: • Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur the 2-hour minimum charge ($180) • Same-day cancellations or denied property access will be charged the full 2-hour minimum, as our team has already allocated time and traveled to your location We value your time and ask for mutual respect of ours.

No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide access and go about their day. We just need: • Access to your home (key, code, or you let us in) • Clear instructions on any specific areas of focus • A way to reach you if questions arise
